CF Kids Legacy

ArdebHills718_thumbCrossfit Kids Legacy will be spending the next several weeks introducing the kids to the foundation movements of Crossfit and establishing in them a solid foundation of strength, mobility, agility, coordination, stamina, speed, power and C/V endurance.

These are all aspects of fitness that will be taught in some form at Crossfit Legacy Kids with each visit.

Much time will be spent on review with the athletes as it is essential to develop a high level of proficiency even at a young age in these functional movements.

With Crossfit Kids, we will make this exciting as we incorporate games, skill work, and fun into each and every class.

We will pair fitness with fun, so that the kids look forward to coming to each class and look forward to working out with their friends.

Currently Crossfit Kids Legacy will run classes on Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 10:00am

Each class will run about 45min in length so that the kids attention is kept throughout the session.  We will incorporate running, jumping, squatting, pulling and pushing, lifting.

We will train these kids for life and sport and develop in them a love of fitness and fun!!!
