Overhead squats and AMRAP Metcon!

Alright guys, back on to some of our familiar programming.
It has been a while since we did some 3 rep max Overhead Squats. Check out the results from the last time we did 1 rep max on OHS
There were some PR’s set this morning and afternoon as everyone continues to demonstrate improved strength and midline stability.
The Keys: move slow, maintain tension, bury the heels, and keep those shoulders active!!!
AND DONT BE AFRAID TO GO HEAVY…YOU’LL KNOW HOW TO DUMP THE BAR!
A couple of firsts today. Wayne was able to achieve his goal of climbing the rope to the ceiling, and Heidi did the same thing in the afternoon class. I however, only had picture of Heidi, therefore, she gets on the website…LOL
