The crew from Rogue did a fantastic job putting the venue together and they put on a great event!
Dan Baily and Lisa Shiu, took home 1st place in the men and women respectively.
Dan has been a new convert to Crossfit and a new member of the gym and demonstrated class, guts, and determination to take home the men’s title
Lisa is trained by Crossfit Legacy coach and 2009 Crossfit Games competitor–Charlie Dunifer and has been coming to gym a couple times a week for sometime now in an effort to train for the sectionals and now the games.
Both of you demonstrated amazing resolve and represented yourselves and Crossfit Legacy well!!!
