Happy Birthday Heidi!!!
by admin ~ February 8th, 2010. Filed under: Uncategorized.Heidi has been our longest running Crossfitter at Crossfit Legacy and she always has a smile on her face….before the workout…LOL.
She has made some amazing progress and I thought it natural to program some Knee to Elbow into the workout so it reminds her of the month she did 5,000 of them.
Heidi is rock solid and a great encourage for the other athletes at Crossfit Legacy. She frequently lifts the largest loads among the females and holds the Deadlift max at 200lbs for the ladies!!
She said that she is determined to NOT fall apart after 50….an age…many years away..right Heidi?
