Rowing Helen!!!

WOW!!
We had a ton of people come through the gym today as evidenced by the many heats we had to run to accommodate each person doing the workout!!
I believe we had to run 3 heats at the 430 time slot, simply because we had so many people!!

As I worked through the programming for this week, I knew that I wanted thrusters and pull-ups on Wednesday, and I was lucky to see that crossfit.com recently had a similar workout on the main page.
Ya!!   Our athletes were back on the bar for a 3rd day in row, and they did amazing!

We were back on the bar this morning at Crossfit Legacy as we had a ton of new people come through the doors today.
Great seeing so many new faces and great to see the Tuesday/Thursday crew after missing them last week due to travel.

Yep, I got behind again on my posts, but there is good reason this time.    I never realized power adaptor chords can go bad on a laptop.
Regardless, our Workout for 6am Monday morning on 2.22.10 was a doozy, as we worked on pure shoulder stamina, midline stamina, and hip stamina.

Our Thursday class had the unenvievable task of performing a somewhat long and grueling workout…if performed incorrectly
This workout was not a sprint.
It was a grind and the person that stayed focused on proper rest, good technique and focus would come out the victor.
