Another Partner WOD On Friday!

Folks at CF Legacy did a unique WOD this past Friday as the total time of the workout was 30min, but each partner only worked 15 min total.

Last Thursday, our athletes tackled a WOD from our friendly affiliate up North Crossfit Cleveland.
On Monday, October 19th, CF Cleveland did a WOD that required the athletes to Row on the C2 Max Distance in 2min, followed by a 1 min rest, before repeating 4 more times!  Yikes!!!

WOW….there were some great performances today at Crossfit Legacy.  
Chris made a HUGE improvement(right) in this workout!
The last time he performed this, he was only able to complete 11-12 rounds, but tonight, he banged out 19 Rounds before tapping out!
